Agreeing to these terms
By downloading or using Rumbleclock you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
These terms govern your use of Rumbleclock for iOS. Effective September 30, 2026.
By downloading or using Rumbleclock you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Rumbleclock on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes.
Shards are earned only by finishing focus sessions, goals and marks inside the app. They and the cones, rings and skies bought with them have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the app. They are stored on your device and are lost if you reset the app or delete it.
Please do not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, and do not use it in any unlawful way.
Rumbleclock, including its artwork, characters, text and code, belongs to its developer. Your license lets you use the app; it does not transfer ownership of any of it.
Rumbleclock is a personal focus and planning aid. Its pressure readings and forecasts are simple calculations from the numbers you enter. They are not professional advice, and meeting your deadlines remains your own responsibility.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including lost data or missed deadlines.
Rumbleclock is suitable for a general audience. It works offline, needs no account and contains no advertising.
These terms may change from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Rumbleclock is developed by Fedorowicz John. Questions about these terms can be sent to mail@monpeak.site.
