Steady Burn
The classic focus block. Counts as one session toward the main task, and stopping early still credits the quarters you completed.
+1 sessionRumbleclock turns one vague deadline into a daily pace you can see. Keep up and the volcano naps. Fall behind and it starts to rumble, for real reasons you can read.
You give Rumbleclock a task, the last day that counts, how many sessions it needs and how many you can run in a day. Everything the volcano does comes from those four answers and the sessions you actually finish.
The sessions left divided by the days left. Skip a day and the rest of the plan absorbs it, so this number climbs and the pressure with it.
What you really managed lately. Rumbleclock projects it forward into a forecast finish date and tells you whether you are ahead, on pace or slipping.
The final day you could still finish by working at full capacity. When today is that day, the Seismic feed says so plainly.
Reach it with work still inside and the volcano erupts, in cartoon fashion. Nothing is lost: extend the deadline or close the chapter and start fresh.

Finish early and the volcano is Tamed, crowned with a rainbow of steam and a pile of bonus shards.
The classic focus block. Counts as one session toward the main task, and stopping early still credits the quarters you completed.
+1 sessionA long protected block worth two sessions and half again the shards. It only counts if you see it through.
+2 sessionsA rescue block that opens once the cone is Boiling. Half a session plus five points of pressure let off as steam.
rescueA standalone timer with its own label for anything else. It never touches the main task.
standaloneLengths are adjustable, a short cooldown can follow each finished burn, and the timer keeps running even while the app is closed.
Completed sessions pay obsidian shards, more on a daily streak. Spend them on six volcano cones, three timer rings and three skies, then carve twelve marks into the Mark Wall. The Ashlog keeps every burn, the week in columns and every task you have tamed.
